1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using the services of OneDayWebsite.us, a service provided by IESD Web Group, LLC dba IE Web Services, located in Beaumont, California, Riverside County, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services:

OneDayWebsite.us provides website development services with a target delivery time of 24 hours. The specific services included in each package are detailed on our website.

3. Payment:

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

OneDayWebsite.us does not store any payment information.

Payment is required in full before work commences.

4. Content and Materials:

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, including text, images, logos, and other materials, in a timely manner.

Clients warrant that they have the right to use all materials provided and that they do not infringe on any third-party rights.

OneDayWebsite.us is not responsible for any content provided by the client.

Client provided materials must be provided in standard digital formats such as .doc, .pdf, .png, .jpg, or other common formats.

5. Delivery and Revisions:

OneDayWebsite.us will make reasonable efforts to deliver the website within 24 hours of receiving all necessary materials and payment.

The number of revisions included in each package will be clearly stated on the package description. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Minor revisions, limited to pages already created, will be accepted for 10 business days following the website launch.

Revisions must be requested in writing to [email protected].

6. Domain and Hosting:

Unless explicitly stated in the package description, domain registration and hosting are not included in our services.

Clients are responsible for securing their own domain and hosting.

7. Intellectual Property:

Upon full payment, the client will own the website design created by OneDayWebsite.us.

OneDayWebsite.us retains the right to display the completed website in its portfolio.

8. Limitation of Liability:

OneDayWebsite.us shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.

The total liability of OneDayWebsite.us is limited to the ten-percent(10%) of the amount paid by the customer.

9. Refund Policy:

Due to the rapid nature of our services, refunds are limited.

If a refund is requested before any work has commenced, a full refund will be provided, minus any processing fees.

"Work has begun" when the customer attends a planning meeting, and/or uploads content into the user platform, or provides content via email, downloaded attachment, or existing website.

Once work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, at the discretion of OneDayWebsite.us, based on the amount of work completed. In no case will a refund exceed 50% of the total purchase price once the work has begun.

No Refunds will be issued once the website has been delivered to the customer for review.

Refund requests must be submitted within the portal.

10. Termination:

OneDayWebsite.us reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason.

Clients may terminate services with written notice, prior to planning meeting.

11. Force Majeure:

OneDayWebsite.us shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts3 of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

12. Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions must first be addressed through direct communication with OneDayWebsite.us.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation through a mutually agreed-upon third-party online mediator.

If mediation fails, any legal action must be filed in Riverside County, California.

13. Mediator Selection:

In the event of a dispute requiring mediation, the preferred online mediation platforms are:

• Arbitrate.com

If an agreement cannot be reached within 14 days of the dispute arising, OneDayWebsite.us will select the mediation service from the list above.

Mediation requests from start to finish will take no longer than 20 business days. The cost of mediation will be the responsibility of the client.

14. Data Backup:

Clients are responsible for backing up all data provided to OneDayWebsite.us.

Once the website is published online, a copy of the website can be downloaded from the portal or email link for 30 days.
